- 5-6-week TAT - There is always a chance of preorders going out sooner. If a preorder is delayed in any part of the process, each order will be emailed an update, and an update will be posted in the Facebook VIP.
When choosing sizing, please reference the default TAT above or the quoted shipping month listed with each preorder. Size exchanges will only be permitted in the event of an extended TAT. Cancellations and refunds will only be permitted in the event of an extended TAT. Returns are accepted on unopened products if you contact me no more than 3 business days from the delivery notification. Any damaged or defective item will be refunded in full if returned or a partial refund if you elect to keep the item. I inspect every single item while I brand package, but my email is always open should an issue arise, we can discuss the best solution.
